Empower Technical Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Lewis Blackmore as Health & Safety Manager, reinforcing its commitment to health and safety excellence across the group.
Lewis brings extensive experience in building health and safety frameworks from the ground up, with a background spanning facilities management, engineering and complex, multi-site operational environments. He has developed and implemented policies and standard operating procedures, combining a structured approach to risk and compliance with hands-on site management.
He is a member of IOSH (Tech IOSH) and holds professional memberships with the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management (MIIRSM), Chartered Management Institute (FCMI), and the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management (CIWFM).
