Nick is CEO of Empower and leads all strategic decision making, whilst providing operational oversight across the group.

After over a decade in Finance, Nick co-founded Empower, harnessing his investing and M&A experience to develop a highly scalable growth model to disrupt the technical services market.

Mark Lovett

CFO

Bio

Mark joined Empower in June 2025 as Chief Financial Officer, having spent the last 20 years in a number of CFO roles in private equity backed businesses. Most recently Mark was CFO of Inspired Thinking Group, which, over the course of 12 years, grew from start up to more 1,500 people across the UK, Europe and US.

Mark brings extensive financial and commercial experience to the board, as well as a solid understanding of the need to embed robust, appropriate and progressive governance structures across the organisation.

Bio

Jabin Hall has served as Group Financial Controller at Empower since December 2025, with responsibility for group reporting, financial governance, and executive decision-making support.

Jabin qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) at Deloitte and subsequently served as Group Controller at Northern Ocean Ltd., a publicly listed, asset-intensive business, with a focus on financial control, cash management, and reporting.
