Empower Technical Services is pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Horsman as Finance Director, marking a significant investment in the centralised finance function that underpins its growing portfolio of partner businesses.
Horsman brings extensive experience in financial leadership from within the construction and technical services sector, having spent the last five years as Finance Director at the Kinovo Plc Group, a London and South East based electrical and mechanical contractor. He is a qualified accountant, having trained at Saffery Champness, and will be responsible for the Empower Group’s financial reporting and operations.
Horsman’s appointment reflects Empower’s commitment to building financial infrastructure that matches the Group’s scale and ambition, with partner businesses set to benefit from stronger financial governance, strategic forecasting and cross-group reporting.
