Mark joined Empower in June 2025 as Chief Financial Officer, having spent the last 20 years in a number of CFO roles in private equity backed businesses. Most recently Mark was CFO of Inspired Thinking Group, which, over the course of 12 years, grew from start up to more 1,500 people across the UK, Europe and US.

Mark brings extensive financial and commercial experience to the board, as well as a solid understanding of the need to embed robust, appropriate and progressive governance structures across the organisation.

Adam is Empower's Chief Operating Officer, responsible for group operations, integration of acquired businesses, and scaling delivery across the platform.

He brings extensive leadership experience in technical services and facilities management, with a strong focus on operational transformation, M&A integration, and performance improvement.

Florian is one of Empower's Co-Founders.

He has spent two decades at the frontlines of the global economy and capital markets. From 2012-2021, he founded and ran White Square Capital, prior to co-founding Empower in 2025.

Denis co-founded Empower after more than a decade in finance, followed by entrepreneurial experience in software and AI.

He brings a wealth of experience in founding, acquiring and scaling businesses.

Amanah is Empower's Head of HR, bringing over 15 years of experience in developing high‑performing teams and strengthening organisational capability.

She specialises in talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, retention, and reward strategies, ensuring our people practices align with Empower’s culture and long‑term business goals.

Francesca is Empower's Mergers and Acquisitions Manager, responsible for sourcing and screening business opportunities.

She has a background in water and wastewater engineering, as well as construction project management. She is currently completing her MBA at London Business School.

Caroline is our Executive Assistant, providing administrative support across the whole Empower team.

She has over 25 years of experience as an EA/Office Manager.

Jess is Empower’s Communications Manager, responsible for shaping the communications strategy and leading digital, social media, brand and internal communications across both the group and its subsidiaries.

She brings over five years’ experience in strategic communications within the non-profit sector.
